The Isaac Taylor house was built in 1792 and was the home to the Taylor family and to Union soldiers during the Civil War among others. Many believe that some of the former residents are still in the home. Maybe you will meet them??

You will stay in the Isaac Taylor Suite on the third floor of the home (sorry, elevator service is not available). The suite has a beautiful bedroom with two queen-size four-poster beds, a lovely living room, full kitchen and private bath. You will also have full use of the beautiful patio and terrace grounds.

Your vacation package will include a minimum two night stay, tickets to the very popular Ghosts of New Bern walking tour, a voucher for dinner at Morgan's Tavern & Grill, tickets to Tryon Palace and Gardens and a horse-drawn carriage ride through historic New Bern.
